Americana is committed to being open and transparent. Audited financial statements are available upon request. Tax returns (IRS Form 990-PF (Return of Private Foundation)) are available for viewing or download on the Candid website. Typically, Americana’s audited financial statements are available in May and the tax return is available in mid-November.
2023 Highlight
From December 2022 to November 2023, Americana’s Board of Trustees engaged in an impact planning process to (1) articulate a set of values to guide Americana’s decisions and behaviors and enable potential grantees to test for alignment before making an informed decision to apply for funding, and (2) identify funding priorities to optimize Americana’s impact over the next four years. We are grateful to the current, former, and prospective grantees who participated in the process.
