Developing Edible Education in Greenfield Village 2023
This grant will support the development of the first Edible Education “walkshop” at Greenfield Village to help visitors to the reconstructed Detroit’s Central Market understand how food is grown, prepared, and consumed, and how the food system affects personal, community, and environmental health.
