Saginaw Food Club School Produce
With this grant, the Saginaw Food Club will pilot a farm-to-school child nutrition program in two school districts in Saginaw County. The project aims to create an institutional market for small-to-midsized Michigan growers in and around Saginaw by connecting them to reliable processing and distribution infrastructure and then placing the Michigan-grown food into a dependable institutional market.
