Harvest Aggregation Pilot: Strengthening Rural Supply Chains
Lakeshore Food Club (LFC) will use this grant to deploy a tech-enabled, 24/7 exterior refrigeration workflow at its Regional Food Hub in Oceana County. Utilizing secure keypad integration, small-to-midsized producers will be able to deliver harvests on their own schedules, reduce post-harvest cooling times, optimize mid-tier logistics, reduce farm waste, and expand agricultural market access.
